Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of Adventure Santa. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Service
Adventure Santa is a free idea service for experience gifts in Switzerland. From your keywords and a place we put together suggestions – from our own catalogue, event calendars (Eventfrog, Coucou), OpenStreetMap and SchweizMobil. An AI (Claude by Anthropic) may be used to write the suggestions.
2. No guarantee
Suggestions, prices, dates and times come from third parties or are found automatically and may be wrong or out of date. Please check all details with the provider before booking. "Price unknown" means we didn't find a price.
3. Bookings with providers
Adventure Santa doesn't sell anything itself. If you follow a link and buy or book something, the contract is between you and the provider, under their terms. Adventure Santa is not a party to it.
4. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission. The price doesn't change for you. Suggestions are ordered by fit and distance, not by commission.
5. Printable vouchers
You may print vouchers and envelopes for free for private, non-commercial use. A voucher you print is a personal promise between you and the person you give it to; Adventure Santa takes on no obligation from it. Events without a listed price may charge an entry fee.
6. What you enter
Please don't enter names or sensitive details in the search field. Keywords and place are processed to create suggestions and may be sent to Anthropic for that. Names on vouchers are only used to create the print page and are not stored.
7. Liability
You use the website at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using the website, from third-party offers or from the service being unavailable. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains.
8. Changes
We may change the service and these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
9. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain reserved.
